Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The LatAm Travel team is responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of airport operations across Latin America. We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Operations Manager to operationalize processes, lead high‑impact initiatives, and collaborate with regional and cross‑functional partners in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead airport operations initiatives across Latin America, identifying business needs, prioritising projects and defining strategic paths.
• Own key metrics and OKRs, providing direction and ensuring consistent execution to meet regional targets.
• Translate operational and financial data into actionable insights and strategic plans.
• Identify root causes of risks and opportunities, develop practical solutions and evaluate trade‑offs.
• Design, implement and scale core processes and analyses, balancing regional oversight with market‑specific approaches.
• Partner with Product teams to propose, prioritise and measure features that improve the airport experience.
• Build strong relationships with global and local partners across Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Product, Policy and Legal.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics or related fields.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic guidance.
