Senior Creative & Design Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Creative & Design Project Manager will lead strategic, complex projects that bring together Capgemini’s diverse creative talent. The role ensures high‑quality delivery, customer satisfaction and successful market launch of service products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex projects across online and offline channels, involving multiple areas of expertise.
• Size projects, perform preliminary scoping and assemble ad‑hoc teams to execute them.
• Support the creation and facilitation of internal networks to enhance collaboration.
• Develop assets for large, cross‑functional initiatives and accelerate response to client proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive their execution.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate diverse expertise and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills for project sizing, scoping and resource planning.
• Experience building and leading temporary project teams.
• Proactive in network creation, facilitation and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Track record of spotting and executing business opportunities.
