Lead Product Designer – B2B SaaS Platform

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design strategy for a B2B SaaS platform. You will guide discovery, shape information architecture, craft high‑fidelity UI, and deliver production‑ready sites while integrating AI‑powered tools into the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the product, users, business model, and competitive landscape to inform design strategy.
• Define design principles, information architecture, and UX patterns aligned with product goals.
• Lead discovery efforts, identifying what needs to be designed before deciding how.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and communicate design rationale.
• Own the design process from research and wireframes to prototypes and final UI.
• Build and maintain production‑ready sites and landing pages using Framer or similar no‑code/low‑code tools.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, and Copy.ai to generate content, visuals, and design variations.
• Establish and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Drive alignment through workshops, structured discussions, and design proposals.
• Present design work with clear rationale, challenging assumptions when needed.

Required profile

• 9+ years of UX/Product Design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role.
• Proven ability to own product design strategy, not just execute predefined requirements.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem‑solving, and visual design quality.
• Hands‑on experience building with Framer (sites, CMS, interactions).
• Fluency with AI content‑generation tools integrated into a real design workflow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
