About the role
LA SIESTA is looking for a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow its Amazon presence worldwide. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the brand on Amazon, from catalog creation to advertising, SEO, and conversion optimization, while collaborating with teams in Miami and Germany.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Amazon catalog, including parent/child structures, variations, attributes, A+ content, and storefront design.
- Monitor and protect Buy Box ownership, pricing competitiveness, and repricing strategies.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns to meet ACOS/ROAS targets.
- Conduct Amazon SEO work: keyword research, title/bullet optimization, backend search term management, and conversion audits.
- Generate and interpret Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and Search Term reports; track KPIs such as sessions, CVR, revenue, and BSR.
- Develop and refine AI‑driven tools (Claude‑based Amazon plugin) to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (non‑FBA).
- Proven track record in PPC, keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis.
- Strong data‑analysis capabilities and fluent English communication.
Required skills
- Amazon Seller Central (catalog setup, Buy Box, pricing).
- PPC campaign management (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
- Amazon SEO and keyword research.
- Data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cowork, or Claude Code for automation.
