Amazon & Marketing Operations Project Manager

About the role

JazzUpCo is seeking a remote Amazon & Marketing Operations Project Manager to drive growth on Amazon while keeping the marketing team organized and on track. The role is based in Argentina and works EST hours, supporting a fast‑growing home‑ware brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the Amazon channel: manage product launches, listings, A+ content, storefront, promotions, reviews and overall performance.
• Collaborate with media buyers, graphic designers and other stakeholders to align campaigns, creatives and messaging.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer experience and organic rankings.
• Monitor performance data, analyze trends and recommend initiatives for long‑term profitability.
• Act as the bridge between strategy and execution across the marketing team, coordinating creative strategy, retention, media buying, CRO, website updates and product launches.
• Ensure projects are properly planned, prioritized and delivered on time, keeping stakeholders aligned across markets and channels.
• Support coordination of wholesale, B2B, retail and partnership initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience growing and scaling brands on Amazon, with deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, listings, launches and promotions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders remotely.
• Based in Argentina and able to work EST business hours.
