Resource Management Specialist – Staffing & Scheduling

About the role

We are seeking a Resource Management Specialist to drive staffing operations, ensuring the right professionals are assigned to client engagements. The role focuses on scheduling, utilization tracking, conflict resolution, and workforce planning to keep teams efficiently staffed.

Key responsibilities

• Assign client service professionals to projects based on business needs, policies, availability, and utilization targets.
• Review and challenge staffing plans to optimize resource allocation.
• Identify staffing risks such as low or high utilization, workload imbalances, performance concerns, or team conflicts and propose corrective actions.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts by coordinating with engagement leaders and offering alternative solutions.
• Maintain continuous communication with team members and leadership to understand staffing needs, preferences, and career goals.
• Monitor utilization and scheduling reports, forecast demand, and track headcount using scheduling tools.
• Share staffing insights with leadership and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in staffing, resource management, workforce planning, scheduling, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) – mandatory.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
