About the role
This full‑time remote position supports a growing US‑based company by handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and organize documents.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation and ensuring timely communication across teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases and keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle internal and external communications, including email inquiries.
- Assist team members with travel arrangements, expense reporting and other logistical tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to stay organized while handling several small tasks simultaneously.

What we offer
- Compensation ranging from $1,000 to $1,800 per month (USD), paid twice monthly.
