About the role
This full‑time remote position supports a growing US‑based company by handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, highly organized professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize documents.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication across teams.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Perform data entry, maintain databases, and keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle internal and external communications, including responding to emails and inquiries.
- Assist team members with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
