Recruiting Analyst

About the role

HOKALI is looking for an energetic Recruiting Analyst to support its Supply Operations team. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment for our After‑School Program Educators across the United States, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end recruiting and onboarding for high‑volume US‑based educator roles.
• Proactively source candidates and maintain a talent pool using creative sourcing and web‑scraping techniques.
• Conduct initial screening and behavioral interviews to assess fit, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage the candidate experience from outreach through onboarding, coordinating interview schedules and offers.
• Track all candidate activity and hiring status in the Workable ATS, ensuring data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Native or advanced English fluency (written and verbal).
• Strong web‑scraping abilities and creative sourcing skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
