Project Engineer – Remote (Latin America Preferred)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing software development company building custom business applications for a variety of industries. As a Project Engineer you will act as the bridge between our engineering team and customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of web and mobile applications, create and execute test plans, and verify bug fixes.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and improve QA processes and release procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customers, gathering requirements, translating them into development tasks, and communicating project updates.
• Assist engineering teams with requirement clarification, maintain project documentation, and help organize tickets, priorities, and release notes.
• Track project status, identify risks or blockers, and support deployments and release activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in software QA, project coordination, business analysis, implementation, customer success, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with modern web applications and technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
