Chemistry Specialist (Fluent in Arabic) – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a PhD‑level Chemistry professional who is fluent in Arabic to help train large‑scale language models. As a freelance AI Trainer, you will apply your scientific expertise and linguistic precision to improve AI performance in chemistry‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate AI‑generated chemistry content in both English and Arabic.
• Assess responses for scientific accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
• Identify, document, and report recurring error patterns.
• Collaborate with the AI team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and domain‑specific guidelines.

Required profile

• PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, research, or applied science.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience in translation, bilingual education, or linguistic annotation is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of chemistry concepts and terminology.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
