Product Designer – Platform (Internal Tools)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Platform Product Designer to create internal systems and tools that enable the company to operate at scale. You will transform fragmented workflows into structured, scalable solutions for critical areas such as AI tooling, customer support, financial infrastructure, and back‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex internal platforms and tools for global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows.
• Architect large‑scale systems, mapping end‑to‑end behaviours, states, and interactions across multi‑step processes and edge cases.
• Build scalable UI/UX patterns while balancing speed, usability, and technical constraints in internal tools.
• Translate ambiguous, fragmented, or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers to unify product logic.
• Identify bottlenecks in internal processes and redesign them for scale and performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing world‑class products in‑house, preferably internal tools or platform experiences.
• Portfolio showcasing complex product or systems design work.
• Strong design skills across web platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications, including backend‑driven workflows.
• Ownership of design processes and focus on UX for operational users.
• Comfort designing data‑heavy interfaces with complex states, tables, and dense workflows.
• Knowledge of typography and grid systems.
