Creative Director – Social Studio (Argentina)

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Creative Director to lead its local social studio in Argentina. You will be responsible for the quality, speed, and effectiveness of day‑to‑day social content, translating global brand guidelines into culturally relevant executions for the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development for local social content and campaigns from brief to final delivery.
• Translate global toolkits into locally relevant ideas, formats, and executions.
• Set clear creative direction across copy, design, motion, and film, providing feedback and reviews.
• Build and maintain a local content system, including recurring formats, creator briefs, and platform‑specific guidelines.
• Partner with strategy, social listening, and analytics to improve creative performance.
• Ensure work is inclusive, culturally aware, and aligned with brand purpose.
• Collaborate with brand, media, PR, and legal stakeholders to navigate approvals.
• Guide production choices to balance craft, speed, budget, and sustainability.
• Support and develop the local creative team and freelancers through coaching and clear direction.
• Escalate risks early, solve problems quickly, and keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• A portfolio demonstrating strong social‑first creative work, including always‑on and campaign content.
• Experience leading creative on brand social channels with strong platform craft.
• Ability to direct and improve work across copy, design, and motion with a clear eye for quality.
• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders and presenting work with clarity.
• Practical understanding of creative effectiveness on social (attention, retention, brand cues, distinctiveness).
