About the role
We are the worldwide leader in industrial embroidery, heat press, and textile printing solutions. We are seeking a driven Account Executive who can speak French, Spanish and English to manage inbound leads, close high‑value B2B deals and help customers succeed with our products.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound warm leads and follow up with prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and daily call‑volume goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with a customer‑centric approach.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
- Continuously improve performance through coaching and sales training.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales or a similar B2B environment.
- Proven track record as a sales closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self‑driven, competitive and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and apply coaching feedback.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.

- Commission potential of $300‑$400 USD above base rate per month.
