Multichannel Designer

About the role

The Multichannel Designer, also called the Creator, transforms campaign concepts into ready‑to‑launch assets across a wide range of media. Working in an AI‑assisted studio, you will blend creativity, craft, and technology to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Convert campaign ideas into static, video, motion, and interactive assets for digital, social, print, PowerPoint and more.
• Adapt and version content while preserving brand consistency and creative direction.
• Design and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint and related tools.
• Produce lightweight video or motion pieces, including cut‑downs and social edits.
• Leverage AI and automation tools (Firefly, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, After Effects automation) to speed production.
• Collaborate with agency‑of‑record teams, SMEs and technical partners to ensure quality and technical standards.
• Contribute to shared creative libraries, toolkits and process documentation.
• Maintain accessibility, regulatory compliance and brand stewardship across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong design or video sensibility with a portfolio showcasing multichannel work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects.
• Experience with Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of content automation or AI‑assisted creative platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt campaigns across diverse channels and formats.
