Multichannel Designer

About the role

The Multichannel Designer, also called the Creator, transforms campaign concepts into ready‑to‑launch assets across a wide range of media. Working in an AI‑assisted studio, you will blend creativity, craft, and technology to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and version creative concepts for digital, social, print, PowerPoint, and motion channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools, and produce lightweight video or motion pieces such as cut‑downs and social edits.
• Leverage AI and automation platforms (e.g., Firefly, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT, After Effects automation) to accelerate production and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with agency‑of‑record teams, design and video SMEs, and contribute to shared creative libraries and documentation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and regulatory standards, balancing creativity with scalable automation.

Required profile

• Strong visual and motion sensibility with a portfolio that showcases multichannel creative work.
• Ability to interpret campaign strategy and translate it into assets that perform across formats.
• Proactive mindset toward experimenting with new tools and improving production pipelines.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Figma and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools such as Firefly, Runway, Pika, and ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with content automation workflows and low‑code/no‑code web tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer).
