Marketing Manager – Remote (Real Estate Solutions)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to own and scale our full‑stack marketing engine. This remote, full‑time position will drive growth for homeowners facing critical situations through paid media, organic content, and conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns.
• Own Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for conversions, traffic, lead generation and retargeting.
• Launch and scale YouTube Ads as a new channel.
• Maintain conversion tracking, pixel hygiene and attribution (Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM/CRM).
• Develop organic social calendar and short‑form video content across multiple platforms.
• Create ad copy, landing pages and CRO aligned with brand voice.
• Design SMS and email nurture sequences for MQLs and long‑term engagement.
• Produce weekly performance reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage external vendors such as video editors, designers, photographers and SEO contractors.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on marketing experience with full ownership of paid media.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign building, optimisation and reporting.
• Proficiency with GA4, conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets for dashboards and reporting.
• Fluent written English with the ability to craft empathetic, conversion‑focused copy.
