Marketing Manager – Remote (International)

About the role

Stay Texas Hospitality Group is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute its multi‑brand marketing strategy across vacation rentals, resort developments, and related hospitality ventures. This fully remote position will focus on driving direct bookings, revenue growth, brand awareness, and guest engagement through data‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand standards for all company properties.
• Plan and launch marketing initiatives for new developments and communities.
• Manage company websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Optimize website performance, SEO health, GEO targeting, and mobile responsiveness.
• Lead SEO strategy, including content, metadata, local SEO, and backlink acquisition.
• Implement and monitor AI‑assisted marketing systems and performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, and designers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report on key metrics such as ROAS, booking conversion rates, and social media growth.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing tactics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, vacation‑rental, or real‑estate marketing environments.
• Self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote setting.
