About the role

Wella Company is seeking a Key Account Associate Manager to lead and grow its distributor network in Argentina. Based in Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for expanding the brand’s market footprint across all channels while ensuring alignment with the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the Argentine market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and key customers.
  • Expand distribution footprint and increase brand awareness across all sales channels.
  • Implement company plans, product innovations, and promotional activities with customers.
  • Manage customer P&L, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Background in commercial or trade marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel and distributor management.
  • Proven leadership, communication and analytical abilities.
  • Resilient, able to handle setbacks and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (approximately 90%).
