Junior IT Support Engineer

About the role

As a Junior IT Support Engineer you will manage daily IT support tickets and contribute to global initiatives while progressing through a structured training program. You will report to the AMER Regional IT Director and collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, gaining both technical and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global IT Team to resolve daily support tickets.
• Provide remote assistance using Jira Service Management, Slack, email and video conferencing.
• Troubleshoot issues by referencing process documentation and applying best‑practice solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality results, minimizing errors and repeated inquiries.
• Resolve tickets promptly and keep users informed of progress.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace and Keeper.
