About the role
As a Junior IT Support Engineer you will manage daily IT support tickets and contribute to global initiatives while progressing through a structured training program. You will report to the AMER Regional IT Director and collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries, gaining both technical and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global IT Team to resolve daily support tickets.
- Provide remote assistance using Jira Service Management, Slack, email and video conferencing.
- Troubleshoot issues by referencing process documentation and applying best‑practice solutions.
- Deliver high‑quality results, minimizing errors and repeated inquiries.
- Resolve tickets promptly and keep users informed of progress.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace and Keeper.
Required profile
- Open to constructive feedback and eager to apply new skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global team.
- Self‑driven, curious and able to follow detailed instructions.
- Willingness to develop both technical and soft skills.
