IT Coordinator

About the role

The IT Coordinator will be the backbone of daily operations at /slantis, ensuring that all technology infrastructure runs smoothly across multiple US offices. You will manage hardware, software, networks, and licenses while providing first‑line technical support to the entire team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot all company computers, peripherals, and related hardware.
• Maintain a complete inventory of hardware assets and ensure optimal performance for every employee.
• Lead end‑to‑end IT procurement, evaluate vendors, and recommend hardware and software solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and TCP/IP networks, applying cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage the full lifecycle of software licenses, tracking usage, renewals, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, establishing support protocols and delivering timely assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Coordinator or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
• Hands‑on experience with LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and TCP/IP networking.
• Basic scripting for repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Experience with asset management software.
