Head of Controlling & Pricing LATAM

About the role

As Head of Controlling & Pricing LATAM you will steer the financial and pricing strategy for the region, ensuring profitability and consistency across all business units. Reporting to the Taste & Wellbeing Division Controller, you will work on‑site four days a week and remotely one day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, guaranteeing data integrity and system compliance.
• Drive forecasting, mid‑to‑long‑term planning and improve forecast accuracy.
• Own the annual budgeting process, including target setting, sales planning and goal definition.
• Manage monthly indicators, costing reports and variance analysis versus budget, prior year and outlook.
• Provide revenue and profit analysis in partnership with Commercial, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Prepare a comprehensive monthly performance package covering sales, margins, CAPEX, OPEX, headcount and overall results.
• Take accountability for regional P&L and cash‑flow metrics, collaborating with operations to boost efficiency.
• Support investment decisions by developing business cases, securing approvals and tracking project implementation.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and assist management in achieving financial and non‑financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning and analysis, preferably in a regional or multinational context.
• Strong track record of managing budgets, forecasts and P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with commercial, operations and senior leadership teams.
