Growth Marketer

About the role

HostPapa is seeking a Growth Marketer to lead multi‑channel campaigns for its CloudBlue business, which powers cloud commerce for large service providers worldwide. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and improve overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute multi‑channel initiatives across content, email, web, SEO, paid media, social and events.
• Translate product and business priorities into campaigns, landing pages, case studies and other assets.
• Distribute content through owned, paid and partner channels, including PR support.
• Support go‑to‑market execution for product launches, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Partner with sales to generate and accelerate pipeline via targeted programs.
• Identify testing opportunities, optimize performance and refine workflows.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase speed, quality and scalability of marketing output.
• Monitor performance metrics, extract insights and continuously improve execution.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in growth, demand generation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing across content, SEO, lifecycle, paid media and web.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with product marketing and go‑to‑market processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
