Senior Marketing & Growth Lead (SEO + Analytics)

About the role

INCORE, a boutique digital agency serving U.S. clients across healthcare, education, manufacturing and more, is looking for a Senior Marketing & Growth Lead. This is a strategic, analytical and hands‑on position that will shape the agency’s marketing direction and drive growth for client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing frameworks, campaigns and analytics for multiple client accounts.
• Build and lead a small growth team as the function expands.
• Establish repeatable processes and long‑term marketing operations across accounts.
• Benchmark client performance, identify growth gaps and create actionable plans.
• Architect end‑to‑end conversion tracking pipelines and implement consent management solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or web growth strategy (agency or B2B preferred).
• Deep knowledge of technical and content SEO, website architecture and conversion optimisation for lead generation and e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven search visibility (GEO, AEO) and how it differs from classic SEO.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills, able to define ICPs and craft messaging hierarchies.
• Expertise in first‑party vs third‑party data, server‑side tracking and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Near‑native English fluency and confidence presenting to clients.

• Analytics: GA4, GTM (web & server‑side via Stape, Usercentrics SST), Looker Studio.
• Reporting: Google Sheets, dashboards, data‑visualisation tools.
• AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Consent Management Platforms: OneTrust, Usercentrics, Cookiebot, Termly, Iubenda.
• Customer Data Platforms: RudderStack, Customer.io, PostHog.
• Basic PPC knowledge and performance metrics.
