Fuels Product Supply Scheduler

About the role

The Fuels Product Supply Scheduler will plan and execute end‑to‑end supply logistics for bulk liquids and gases. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating with traders, refineries and transportation partners to meet production and customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with traders, optimizers and refineries to forecast and plan supply schedules.
• Develop and execute movement schedules using pipeline, marine, rail and truck modes.
• Nominate requirements to carriers and interact daily with third‑party logistics providers.
• Manage inventory to agreed targets while ensuring reliability for refinery, marketing and external customers.
• Partner with trading and optimization teams to capture market opportunities.
• Support cost‑effective solutions for planned and unplanned supply disruptions.
• Maintain compliance with credit, regulatory, quality and transportation policies.
• Serve as the interface between accounting and the business line to ensure accurate, timely payments to third parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience scheduling or coordinating bulk liquids or gas movements.
• Background in refining, pipeline or chemicals operations is strongly recommended.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to work collaboratively in teams.
