Email Marketing Specialist – E‑Commerce (Remote)

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Email Marketing Specialist to lead email strategy and execution for multiple direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brands within a fast‑growing agency. This remote position works closely with founders, designers, copywriters, and paid media teams to integrate email into each brand’s growth plan.
Key responsibilities
- Own email marketing strategy and execution across several e‑commerce brands.
- Build and optimise lifecycle flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back, replenishment and promotional automations.
- Plan and manage campaign calendars around product launches, promotions and seasonal events.
- Analyse performance metrics – revenue, CTR, CVR, deliverability and retention – and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, messaging and send timing.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high‑performing, on‑brand campaigns.
- Manage Klaviyo accounts and supporting ESP tools, monitor list health, segmentation and engagement trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
Required profile
- 2–5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce email marketing experience.
- Deep experience with Klaviyo (required) and proven ability to drive revenue through lifecycle and retention marketing.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization and automation strategies.
- Comfortable analysing data and making performance‑based recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and creative instincts.
- Experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously in a fast‑paced agency environment.
