Development Intern

About the role

Join Sovos, a leader in global compliance software, as a Development Intern. You will work alongside experienced engineers in an Agile environment, gaining hands‑on experience building industry‑leading web applications while immersing yourself in Sovos’ vibrant culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern development tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Utilize Jira, Zephyr, command‑line interfaces, web services, and APIs throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and sprint activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (e.g., UTN, UNT, UNSTA).
• Strong personal drive, creativity, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proficient English communication.
