Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects remotely. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure project quality, and drive successful delivery for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project outcomes while coaching team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative environment to retain talent and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze utilization, capacity, and profitability to meet financial targets.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive background in the IT industry with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and English language skills.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
