Customer Service Associate – Buenos Aires

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate you will handle inbound and outbound calls, process orders, and provide technical assistance on dispenser systems.

Key responsibilities

• Answer 60‑100 inbound calls per day and manage outbound calls as needed.
• Process orders, literature requests, and apply information to customer accounts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Ecolab products, accounts, representatives, tools, and dispensing systems.
• Accurately complete call‑screen documentation while speaking with customers.
• Develop technical and mechanical proficiency to assist customers and field staff with dispenser issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Experience using Customer Service software.
• Knowledge of SAP.
