Customer Experience Data Analyst – Marketing

About the role

Chevron’s Business Support Center in Buenos Aires is looking for a Marketing Customer Experience Data Analyst to join the Downstream Service Center team. The role supports North America and Latin America retail, aviation, commercial & industrial, lubricants and chemicals businesses by turning data into actionable insights that improve audience growth and campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Tableau CRM to measure audience growth strategies and identify user trends.
• Develop and maintain campaign analytics dashboards, capturing engagement data and visualizing results.
• Perform data audits for digital briefs, acquire data from primary or secondary sources, and ensure data quality.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to store, process, and analyze structured data.
• Partner with Audience Specialists to steward data and support overall marketing performance measurement (ROI).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new analytical approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, statistics, computer science or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations within a global organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize, collect and disseminate data accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
