CRM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a digital marketing agency, is looking for a highly skilled CRM Specialist to manage, optimise and maintain CRM systems that support their marketing operations and internal workflows. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail and proven experience with CRM setups and automations in an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Configure and optimise CRM workflows, automations and pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align CRM processes with operational needs.
• Use ClickUp and GoHighLevel (GHL) to support CRM‑related workflows and integrations.
• Identify and resolve CRM inefficiencies, implementing improvements to enhance performance.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure CRM usage aligns with business goals.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and enforce SOPs for consistent CRM usage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a CRM Specialist.
• Experience working in digital‑marketing agencies (US market experience required).
• Fluent English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

What we offer

• Fully remote position with working hours 9 am‑5 pm EST.
• Salary range USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month.
