Consultor/a SAP HCM PY

About the role

Strada is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join its international workforce management team. You will work with clients across Latin America to design, configure, and launch payroll solutions that comply with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather payroll requirements and lead workshops, configuration steps, and system go‑live.
• Validate and configure the client’s payroll solution and integrations, ensuring legal compliance.
• Support data mapping, migration, year‑to‑date preparation, and accuracy checks.
• Manage all testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and resolve configuration or integration issues with local and global teams.
• Oversee go‑live activities, ensuring the payroll system is ready for production.
• Track project progress, document activities, and work with managers to meet milestones on time.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, HR, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven participation in at least three successful SAP HCM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of payroll regulations in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, or Mexico.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused mindset, and discretion with sensitive data.
