Human Resources Administrator (LATAM)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to support its global HR team, primarily serving offices in the United States while covering the LATAM region. This position offers exposure to a fast‑growing, multicultural environment where you will gain hands‑on experience across core HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support for HR operations, including file organization and drafting correspondence.
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and re‑hires, preparing contracts and related documentation.
• Conduct orientation sessions and respond to recruitment and new‑hire queries.
• Oversee the full exit process, ensuring proper paperwork and timely notification to payroll.
• Administer absences, leaves, and attendance, forwarding required information to payroll.
• Handle contract renewals, changes, and support maternity/parental leave processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday HRIS and generate reports as needed.
• Monitor the HR inbox, acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Assist with HR projects and any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer‑service role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) experience.
• Microsoft Office suite.
