Audit Manager – External Audits for US Client

About the role

PwC Argentina is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead external audit engagements for a US‑based client. You will oversee the full audit lifecycle, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and PCAOB standards while delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of financial statement and internal controls audits.
• Perform and review standard audit procedures across the entire balance sheet.
• Manage and review audit tasks using Aura.
• Apply PCAOB, US GAAP and IFRS standards throughout the engagement.
• Identify client needs and provide timely, high‑quality solutions.
• Consult on technical questions and communicate findings throughout the audit process.
• Participate in various projects, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to a positive working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5‑7 years of experience in external audit.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong technical knowledge, professional judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities.
