Senior Project Manager – Financial Services Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support EY GDS’s Financial Services Operations (FSO) clients. The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining engagement financials across a global delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Send periodic open‑items reports to clients and follow‑up emails to internal teams.
• Prepare presentation decks for weekly client calls and circulate notes and action items afterwards.
• Monitor validation results for outstanding forms and support onboarding and training initiatives.
• Create and maintain engagement process documentation.
• Track engagement financials, including budget monitoring, pricing plans, code creation, time‑and‑expenses, and invoicing/billing.
• Handle ad‑hoc requests from clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Passionate and hardworking project manager with experience supporting finance‑focused engagements.
• Strong communication skills for client reporting and internal coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
