About the role

Kingbee Vans is looking for a highly skilled Zoho Developer to own, optimise, and scale its Operations workflow built on Zoho Creator. The role will focus on Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, and the migration of the CRM from HubSpot to Zoho CRM, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM ecosystem, including customisations, workflows and ongoing optimisation.
• Lead the migration of HubSpot data to Zoho CRM, aligning with business processes and data structures.
• Design and implement automations, integrations and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity, reporting and dashboards across Zoho platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Sales teams to translate business needs into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide support and drive continuous enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase adoption of Zoho tools.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer, Zoho Creator specialist or similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
