Workforce Strategy Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Associate to support the Workforce Strategy and Design team in advancing the firm’s workforce evolution agenda. The role will help shape future workforce models, support organizational design activities, synthesize data and insights, and coordinate deliverables that inform leadership decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support team strategy priorities and develop materials, analyses, and recommendations for enterprise workforce initiatives.
• Contribute to role design, organization structure analysis, career architecture, and related design activities.
• Act as a thought partner to the Workforce Strategy and Design Assistant Director, challenging assumptions and surfacing risks.
• Build relationships across the Digital Talent and Transformation Office to enable effective coordination.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Create clear, structured materials such as presentations, summaries, trackers, and working documents.
• Manage workstream actions, follow‑ups, and milestones across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare content and inputs for meetings, reviews, and decision‑making forums.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organization design, talent transformation, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
• Comfort working across ambiguity and evolving strategic priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in the future of work, workforce transformation, and evolving talent models.
