Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the digital experience that converts visitors into customers and drives repeat purchases. This fully remote position reports to executive leadership and works closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own website structure, messaging, and conversion performance; run A/B tests and implement improvements.
• Design and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, win‑back, and repeat‑purchase flows.
• Develop clear positioning and maintain consistent messaging across web, ads, sales materials, and AI‑powered tools.
• Plan, write, launch and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns.
• Gather customer insights from sales calls and reviews to refine messaging and web pages.
• Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rates, repeat revenue and CRM performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B or e‑commerce marketing experience with hands‑on website conversion and lifecycle marketing ownership.
• Proven copywriting ability grounded in customer research and data.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written English and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Self‑starter mindset with ability to take initiatives from strategy through execution.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle automation tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodology and analytics.
