About the role

Félix is seeking a Web Developer experienced with Webflow to create high‑performance, user‑focused web experiences. You will collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to turn business ideas and visual concepts into functional Webflow sites.

Key responsibilities

Build and launch web projects in Webflow, ensuring scalability and performance.
Translate Figma designs and prototypes into responsive Webflow implementations.
Manage end‑to‑end technical delivery, acting as the liaison between development and business stakeholders.
Integrate external APIs, databases, and backend systems to enable complex data flows.
Maintain technical quality and optimize site performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

Strong front‑end development background with attention to detail.
Proven experience building sites on Webflow.
Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of a Website Manager.
Experience handling complex integrations and translating design specifications into code.
