Volume Management Specialist

About the role

This position is part of a growing and critical area within the Supply Chain organization, focusing on volume management and allocation optimisation. You will help align supply availability with commercial priorities and customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product allocations to customers based on final sales plans and supply signals using volume‑management tools.
• Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and S&OP teams to resolve allocation challenges and support order‑block releases.
• Maintain master data in volume‑management systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing and optimising sales forecasts.
• Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply and allocation logic.
• Communicate allocation updates, adjustments and volume‑related scenarios to relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience or exposure to supply‑chain volume management, allocation or demand‑planning support.
• Familiarity with ATP, allocation or volume‑management systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with commercial, customer‑service and planning teams in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
