About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Remote Assistant to support high‑performing entrepreneurs across the US and Europe. As a Virtual Assistant, you will streamline their professional and personal schedules, allowing founders to focus on growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an efficient inbox management system.
• Manage and protect the entrepreneur’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of time.
• Coordinate email, calendar, and task management seamlessly.
• Arrange personal and business travel, handling logistics and bookings.
• Conduct thorough research and produce detailed reports, such as competitor analyses.

Required profile

• Highly motivated individual with a drive for operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability (assessed during recruitment).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C2 level).
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to adopt new AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
