Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Rep (Housecall Pro)

About the role

Talentige is seeking a remote Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative with solid experience in Housecall Pro to support a growing US‑based HVAC company. You will be the main point of contact for homeowners, keep the schedule full, and ensure technicians know where to go.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads, and schedule service appointments.
• Set up and manage customers, jobs, and schedules in Housecall Pro.
• Dispatch technicians, keep customers updated on arrival windows, and pass urgent calls to on‑call staff.
• Follow up on pending estimates, unpaid invoices, and request reviews from satisfied customers.
• Schedule maintenance tune‑ups and support recurring maintenance customers.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Housecall Pro (booking, dispatching, estimates, invoicing).
• Fluent, clear English with confidence speaking to US homeowners.
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet workspace, and quality headset.
