Video Editor – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to lead the creation of high‑performing video content for podcasts, YouTube and social media. Working fully remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end production process, turning long‑form podcast recordings into engaging short‑form clips that drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit long‑form video podcast episodes.
• Repurpose podcast footage into short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid social ads.
• Manage the full production cycle from planning and editing to post‑production and publishing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and graphic designer to ensure visual consistency with the brand.
• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates and best‑practice editing techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on video production experience in fast‑paced media or marketing environments.
• Proven ability to edit long‑form podcast content and create compelling short‑form social clips.
• Strong storytelling instincts with focus on pacing, emotional impact and audience retention.
• English proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
