Video Editor / Creative Producer

About the role

Creative Flywheel is looking for a versatile Video Editor / Creative Producer to own the full creative cycle for performance ads in the DTC supplements and skincare space. You will move from data‑driven insight to concept, script, AI‑generated footage, edit, and deliver the final ad to media buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze ad accounts and competitor libraries to identify high‑potential angles.
• Pitch concepts and write scripts without waiting for briefs.
• Produce A‑roll and B‑roll using AI tools such as Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, ChatGPT, and Omni.
• Cut, render, and ship ads to the media‑buying team.
• Track ad performance and iterate on winning creative.

Required profile

• Senior‑level video editing expertise with a track record of creating converting ads for Western DTC brands.
• Strong written English and the ability to explain why a creative works.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of outcomes without constant direction.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Proficiency with AI video generation tools: Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, ChatGPT, Omni.
