Validation Coordinator

About the role

Catalent is seeking a Validation Coordinator for its Loma Hermosa plant in Buenos Aires. The role leads the Validation team, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Validation team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate validation activities to meet GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Identify and implement efficiency and excellence initiatives, including digital tools, automation, and AI.
• Drive cross‑functional projects in collaboration with other departments.
• Use performance indicators for decision‑making and monitoring.

Required profile

• Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
