Utilities Supervisor

About the role

The Utilities Supervisor ensures the availability, reliability and efficiency of all production support services and facilities at the site. You will lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities while promoting continuous improvement and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update the Annual Maintenance Plan covering preventive, predictive and corrective tasks.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary maintenance team, supervising shift coverage, training needs and performance evaluations.
• Manage contractor work, permits and compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Define, monitor and report KPIs such as equipment availability, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost and energy consumption.
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and drive incident investigations.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or utilities supervision, preferably in continuous‑operation industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive continuous‑improvement projects.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of TPM, Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) methodologies.
• Proficiency with SAP for work order management.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of reliability‑centered maintenance (RCM) and root‑cause analysis techniques.
