University Account Manager (Remote, US)

About the role

The European Innovation Academy is seeking a full‑time remote University Account Manager for the United States. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between EIA and partner universities, helping to integrate our entrepreneurship programs into their curricula and supporting the academic and strategic goals of each institution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders across the US.
• Coordinate program planning, execution, and reporting with partner institutions.
• Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and feedback to internal teams.
• Support universities in aligning EIA offerings with their educational objectives.
• Organise events, workshops, and webinars in collaboration with university partners.
• Travel occasionally within the US and internationally for events and partner meetings.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑management, communication, and networking abilities.
• Experience in account management, client relations, or university partnership development.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and organise events.
• Problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Understanding of higher‑education systems, entrepreneurial education, or innovation fields is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, collaboration software, and digital communication platforms.
• Proactive, able to work independently and within diverse teams.
