Travel Analyst – Corporate Travel & Temporary Housing Coordinator

About the role

AST SpaceMobile is looking for a detail‑oriented Travel Analyst to manage and optimise corporate travel and temporary‑housing logistics. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external travel partners, ensuring smooth travel experiences for candidates and employees while maintaining policy compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements for external candidates, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and seamless travel experience.
• Manage travel budgets, enforce cost‑effective booking practices and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee temporary‑housing bookings for short‑term employee stays, from reservation through completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with housing providers and travel vendors to secure quality and cost‑efficient services.
• Track usage, duration and costs of temporary housing, providing regular reporting and insights.
• Analyse travel data and vendor reports to identify savings opportunities and process improvements.
• Generate reports on travel spend, vendor performance and program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, travel agency work or administrative support.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle travel‑related inquiries promptly.
