Third-Party Media Asset Manager

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Third-Party Media Asset Manager to support the Business Affairs team in collating and reviewing cleared third‑party content. The role ensures that marketing communications across multiple markets comply with local advertising laws and cultural nuances.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the client Business Affairs team to track content requirements per project.
• Collect, organise and maintain cleared assets for client review.
• Cross‑check cleared content against client‑defined criteria, including legal and cultural compliance.
• Provide alternative asset suggestions that meet brief requirements.
• Review all comps to confirm they match cleared assets.
• Gather clearance requests, prioritise them, and manage their flow through the rights‑management system.
• Develop and maintain a database of clearance information and updates.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of client clearance criteria and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark and licensing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot compliance issues.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work consistently.
