Territory Manager – Buenos Aires (Centro region)

About the role

Halter is looking for its first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive business growth and ensure customer success across the Centro region of Buenos Aires. You will act as the on‑the‑ground representative, executing sales strategies, building relationships, and delivering value to beef producers using Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, manage the full sales pipeline, and close deals to meet high‑growth targets.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, support onboarding, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Travel frequently throughout the territory to engage with customers, gather field feedback, and collaborate with support, product, and R&D teams.
• Own the territory by developing deep relationships with regional agricultural groups and the beef industry.

Required profile

• Proven value‑based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and upselling.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a passionate willingness to learn the industry quickly.
• High ownership mindset, critical thinking, and ability to balance sales and customer success across a large territory.
• Resilient attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to travel frequently.
